SHIPPING & DELIVERY

OUR SHIPPING RATES

As of January 2023, shipping is a flat rate of $9. On occasion when we have live sales with clearance items, we will charge a $9 base rate plus an additional fee of $1 per sale item to help combat the heavy shipping cost due to larger quantities being shipped together. 

Pickup is available at our Minneapolis location at no cost. The "Local Pickup" option is available at checkout. Please head over to the ADDRESS & DIRECTIONS page for updates on when we are open for pickups. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Once we receive your order our goal is to ship within 1-2 business days. For example, if you place an order on Monday at 10am we'll do our best to ship it that same day or by end of day Tuesday. Orders placed Friday afternoon throughout the weekend will be shipped and processed on that following Monday. Please keep in mind there may be some delays. If you need us to ship sooner, please reach out to us. 

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

We ship USPS Economy (ground, 5 days), USPS Priority (1-3 days), and UPS Ground (1-5 business days) depending on where the package is going and its weight. 

HOW WILL I KNOW MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a tracking number by email once we have created a shipping label. It may take up to 24 hours to show that your package has been scanned at the carrier facility. 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

When you place an order with us and have it shipped please note that the liability is between you and the shipping carrier. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. We are always happy to help investigate with the possibility or replacing items that aren't marked as delivered, but once a package is marked as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.
  • Confirm that your shipping address entered is correct. 
  •  Call or visit your local post office/UPS store with the tracking number handy to see where it's been dropped off. 
  • Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door. 
  • Sometimes the tracking number may say that it's been delivered, but it actually delivers a day or two after--wait it out and see if it turns up.
  • If you are still having issues, make sure to call and file a claim with the carrier.

At this time we only ship within the US.
