Consolidated Shipping Policy for Order Holds & Add-On orders to Ship

1. Order Hold Requests:
   
   • Customers may request to hold their orders to combine with future purchases and save on shipping.
   • A $4 consolidation ship fee may apply for each additional order that is combined to ship together. Details below.
     
     
2. Combining Pickup Orders to Ship:
• Pickup orders requested to ship together will result in a $9 ship fee for one order + $4 for all added orders.
• Free shipping does not apply to combined or consolidated orders, regardless of the combined subtotal
  
  
3. Limits on Holds:
• Only 2 orders can be combined at a time.
• Your first order can be held until the end of the following week.
• Examples:
• Week 1 you place and order
• Week 2 - an order must be placed by the following Friday to be able to consolidate orders.
• If no additional items are added by then, the held order will be processed and shipped automatically.

• All orders less than a subtotal of $175 ship at a flat rate of $9.
• $0 Ship fee added for orders with a max of 1 item per order.
• $4 Ship fee added for the 2nd order if the subtotal is less than $175 and if it includes more than 1 item.
• Free shipping does not apply to combined or consolidated orders, regardless of the combined subtotal
  
  

If your first order has Free Shipping:

• Free shipping is available for single orders with a subtotal of $175 or more before tax.
• If your second added order to combine shipping is less than $175 a $9 ship fee is added. This is because technically we can already ship the first order free without having to hold it and create more work on our end. 
• For example, if your first order is over $175, you will get the free shipping. But if your added order is $90, there will be an added $9 shipping fee.
• Free shipping does not apply to combined or consolidated orders, regardless of the combined subtotal.
• Each combined order must meet the $175 subtotal threshold to get 100% free shipping.
