Starting November 2024, we no longer have in-store shopping open hours. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. However, we will continue to offer local pickups. We have a new pickup protocol in place--please see below for details. 

All orders must be paid in full before you pickup. At this time, we cannot accept payment during pickup.

Once you receive your "Ready For Pickup" email, you have 2 weeks to pickup before it's considered final sale. After 6 months we may resell your items without issuing a refund.

All in store returns & exchanges must be approved before you bring those items back. Please refer to our return policy to make sure your items are returnable and then reach out to us via Facebook messenger for approval.

We are moving our pickup door to our loading dock door, located on the side of our building. You'll see a ramp leading up to the red double doors with a sign that says "The Sweet Collective Loading Dock".
