OUR SHIPPING RATES

Shipping is a flat fee of $8 for all orders.
We offer free shipping for website orders only on orders over $100.
Curbside pickup is available at our Minneapolis location at no cost.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY ORDER?

Once we receive your order in que, our goal is to ship the item within 1-2 business days. For example, for an order placed Monday morning at 9am, we'll do our best to ship it same day before 5pm. Otherwise, we guarantee it'll ship the following day. If your order was placed at 2pm on Monday, we'll ship your order on Tuesday by 5pm. Orders placed Friday afternoon and Saturday will take 1-2 days to process and will be dropped off with the carrier on Monday.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

Packages are shipped with USPS or UPS, depending on the weight. USPS will generally take 1-3 business days for delivery and UPS is 1-5 business days once your package has been scanned at the facility. However, please keep in mind that all carriers are facing delays due to the pandemic. All shipments will come with a tracking number.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR STOLEN?

If you have selected to have your order picked up, that information will be notated in your order for fulfillment. We will reach out to you to schedule a time that will work best for both parties for pickup.

When you place an order with us please note that the liability is between you and USPS. We do not make any exceptions to this policy. We are always happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered but once the package has been scanned as delivered we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We do have a few recommendations to help track down your package.

  • Confirm that the shipping address you entered in is correct.
  • Visit your local USPS office with tracking handy to see where the mailman dropped off your package
  • Check with neighbors to see if your package got dropped off next door.
  • Sometimes USPS updates tracking information as "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
